Return Policy: The Performance Pony Company has a 30 day money back return policy for unused and/or undamaged products. Products returned within 60 days will be refunded in store credit. Refunds will be issued after products are received back into our care and inspected for any damages or flaws. Please include the return/exchange form in your package.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are accepted for new and unused products. Damaged, altered or products showing wear and tear will not be issued a refund or exchange.
