NOTE: Help us help you! The more information you can give us, the better we can serve you. Please send pictures and/or descriptions of the tack you are currently using. Videos of your rider warming up, going through patterns and demonstrating problematic areas will help us address both tack and possible horsemanship areas that may be creating a miscommunication.

Return Policy:

The Performance Pony Company has a 30 day money back return policy for unused clean and/or undamaged products. Refunds will be issued after products are received back into our care and inspected for any damages or flaws. 

Exchanges:


We will issues exchanges within 30 days from the day the product was received according to the tracking number. Exchanged items must be in new and unused condition.
