Return Policy:
The Performance Pony Company has a 30-day money back return policy for unused, clean and/or undamaged products. Refunds will be issued after products are received back into our care and inspected for any damages or flaws. Buyer is responsible for returned items shipping expenses. 

Exchange Policy:
We will issues exchanges within 30 days from the day the product was received according to the tracking number. Exchanged items must be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for exchanged items shipping expenses.
