All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition. Abused, altered or used items will not be issued a refund. We do not accept returns on sale or closeout items. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items. There is a $10 shipping fee for exchanges. Replacement items and/or credit will be issued after the product has been inspected.

• Pony: 30" - 38"
• Mini: 24" - 30"

Measurement directions:

• Mouthpiece bits - measure from one inch above the crease in the lips on one side, over the ears to one inch above the crease of the lips on the other side. 

• Hackamores & Combinations: Measure from one inch below the point of the cheek bone behind the ears to one inch below the point of the cheekbone on the other side.
